KAY has 12 touch pads that can be used individually or together. Up to 12 individual sound samples.
Features
Bowl-shaped touch surfaces that require no pressure, yet still give clear boundaries.
Create melodies with single tones, or play chords with the many touchpads. You can also slide or simply rest your hand over the instrument to join in and play.
KAY is played by placing your hands on the instrument, for example, and the built-in speakers create vibrations that give tactile feedback you can really feel.
The web app
The Funki instruments come with a web app where you can choose between many different sound packs in the categories music, soundscapes and keys. The sound packs are created together with users, staff and musicians.
